Job Summary
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Plan, launch, and continuously optimise conversion- and revenue-focused PPC campaigns across search and paid digital channels
Take full ownership of budget planning and spend optimisation, ensuring strong ROI across all campaigns
Monitor performance data closely, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Test new approaches, platforms, and tactics to improve campaign efficiency and revenue impact
Translate complex performance data into clear actions that improve commercial results
Work autonomously while contributing ideas that push performance and scalability forward
What We’re Looking For
Strong, proven experience managing sales-driven paid media campaigns, rather than lead-only or awareness-focused work
Demonstrated ability to manage large marketing budgets with accountability for revenue outcomes
Google Ads certification with hands-on experience running campaigns tied to sales performance
Exposure to multiple paid platforms, including search, social, and other digital advertising environments
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to act decisively on performance insights
Curious, proactive, and commercially aware, someone who genuinely enjoys optimisation and performance testing
