Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan and manage campaigns across ATL channels including television, radio, print, and outdoor advertising
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including budget management, timelines, and resource allocation
Use data-driven insights to segment audiences and tailor marketing efforts across acquisition, retention, development, and reactivation
Monitor KPIs, measure ROI, and present performance reports with strategic recommendations
Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency
Lead, mentor, and develop junior marketing team members
Stay current with industry trends and integrate best practices to maintain competitive advantage
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably across B2B, B2C, and C2C environments
Proven track record in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on ATL channels
Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics tools
