Job Summary
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Ecommerce Growth & Performance:
Actively manage paid search activity across Google channels, with a strong focus on profitability
Maintain and optimise product feeds to ensure healthy visibility and accurate data
Own tracking and measurement frameworks, ensuring clean conversion data and reliable insights
Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align offers, messaging, and landing pages with customer intent
Monitor performance daily and adjust quickly to improve results
Conversion & Revenue Optimisation:
Improve key metrics across ecommerce platforms, including conversion rate, basket value, repeat purchases, and gross margin contribution
Identify friction points throughout the customer journey and implement improvements across landing pages, product pages, checkout, and post‑purchase flows
Build and manage promotional calendars, including seasonal campaigns, bundles, upsells, and clearance activity
Spot opportunities to improve product presentation, pricing structures, onsite merchandising, and content
Platform Ownership:
Oversee the day‑to‑day management of ecommerce platforms (experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or similar)
Ensure sites remain stable, fast, SEO‑friendly, and conversion‑focused
Translate commercial requirements into clear instructions for developers and vendors
Coordinate testing, launches, tracking validation, and post‑release monitoring
B2B Digital Enablement:
Help improve and scale a B2B ordering portal to increase customer adoption and reduce manual sales administration
Support features such as account‑based pricing, bulk ordering, order history, re‑ordering, and stock visibility
Partner closely with sales teams to align digital workflows with real buyer behaviour
Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
Own performance reporting across sales, revenue, traffic, channel efficiency, customer behaviour, and site health
Maintain dashboards and provide regular performance updates with clear actions
Run ongoing testing cycles to drive incremental improvement
What We're Looking For:
3–5+ years’ experience in ecommerce, digital performance, or online sales roles
Strong hands‑on experience with paid search, analytics, tagging, and product feeds
Experience managing or overseeing ecommerce platforms and digital storefronts
Solid understanding of ecommerce growth drivers including CRO, SEO basics, promotions, and merchandising
Comfortable coordinating developers and external partners without needing to code
Highly organised, proactive, and accountable for outcomes
Bonus Points For:
Experience in multi‑brand or high‑SKU environments
Exposure to B2B ecommerce or wholesale portals
Mobile‑first optimisation experience
Experience improving product data at scale
