Allocate and manage budgets with precision, ensuring every investment delivers measurable commercial value
Continuously refine targeting, bidding, and messaging to maximise conversion efficiency and cost‑per‑sale outcomes
Insights, Reporting & Strategic Development
Analyse campaign behaviour, performance metrics, and audience data to identify opportunities for optimisation
Develop data‑led recommendations to refine existing campaigns and unlock new growth areas
Introduce experimental strategies and emerging paid media techniques to drive stronger ROI and revenue impact
What Makes You a Strong Fit
Solid track record managing paid campaigns where sales and profitability, not impressions, were the primary KPIs
Experience working with larger‑scale budgets and optimising spend for commercial impact
Certification in Google Ads or demonstrably strong hands‑on experience managing high‑performance Google campaigns
Comfort navigating multiple advertising ecosystems, including search, social, and niche or internal ad portals
Highly analytical thinker who uses data to guide decisions and identify revenue opportunities
