Job Summary
Your Key Contributions
1. Website Maintenance & Quality Control
Oversee daily website updates to ensure content accuracy, layout consistency, and smooth navigation
Conduct proactive checks to identify issues such as broken links, loading delays, and mobile layout inconsistencies
Ensure all published material reflects brand standards and messaging guidelines
2. Digital Content Coordination
Upload and update page content, including text, images, promos, and campaign material
Build and refine web pages using CMS tools to support marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns
Ensure that all content changes maintain visual quality and align with UX best practices
3. User Experience Support
Assist in shaping clear and intuitive user journeys by improving page structure, internal linking, and navigational clarity
Support efforts to enhance usability across desktop and mobile views
Participate in user experience reviews and propose improvements where needed
4. SEO & Content Visibility
Contribute to organic search improvements by updating metadata, improving page structure, and ensuring SEO-friendly formatting
Help maintain content standards that support search visibility and consistent indexing
5. Technical Issue Support
Identify and escalate functional or technical issues to the relevant digital or IT teams
Assist in testing and validating new features, components, and system updates
Help track issues and ensure timely resolution
What We're Looking For
Experience
3–5 years in website content management, digital publishing, web administration, or similar roles
Experience managing updates on large or multi-page websites
Familiarity with digital marketing environments and cross‑team collaboration
Technical Capabilities
Practical experience working with a CMS and managing web content workflows
Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Competency with general software tools and digital production workflows
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and analytics interpretation
Personal Strengths
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing momentum
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well both independently and within a collaborative team environment
Nice to Have
Experience with graphic or layout tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
Previous exposure to ecommerce environments is advantageous
