Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Website Maintenance & User Experience
Maintain the functionality, navigation, and overall health of the organisation’s consumer website
Ensure all published content is accurate, brand‑aligned, and up to date
Conduct regular page reviews and testing prior to publishing updates
Identify and resolve issues such as layout inconsistencies, broken links, display problems, and mobile responsiveness gaps
Content Management & Page Building
Implement ongoing content and structural updates using the organisation’s CMS
Build promotional landing pages, campaign‑specific content hubs, and supporting digital assets
Translate briefs into functional and visually optimised web pages
Ensure content changes align with both global creative direction and local market needs
Technical Coordination & Troubleshooting
Flag technical issues and collaborate with internal or external technical teams to resolve them
Monitor site performance and escalate issues requiring development or platform-level attention
Assist in maintaining best‑practice standards for speed, accessibility, and usability
Search Engine Optimisation Support
Contribute to organic visibility efforts through structured on‑page SEO updates
Support keyword‑related improvements, metadata optimisation, and link structure enhancements
Ensure content follows SEO and accessibility guidelines
Requirements
Experience
3–5 years of experience working in website content management, digital publishing, or a similar role
Background in managing or supporting medium‑to‑large consumer websites
Familiarity with performance, accessibility, and user‑experience best practices
Technical Skills
Working proficiency with CMS platforms
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office and online management tools
Understanding of website analytics and optimisation fundamentals
Soft Skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
Comfort working both independently and collaboratively
Professional, organised, and highly dependable
Advantageous Skills
Experience with graphic design or digital layout tools (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or similar)
Previous exposure to ecommerce content or online retail environments
