What You’ll Be Doing
Own the setup, day‑to‑day management, and optimisation of paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts
Interpret performance data to uncover insights, optimise targeting and spend, and improve profitability
Produce clear, concise performance updates and strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams
Act as a trusted paid media expert, confidently explaining results, opportunities, and next‑step strategies
Continuously test ad copy, bidding strategies, audiences, and structures to improve efficiency and ROI
Manage campaign budgets responsibly, ensuring performance aligns with business objectives
Maintain high output standards while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
What You’ll Bring
At least 2+ years’ hands‑on experience managing paid search advertising campaigns
Formal certification in paid search platforms, backed by practical, real‑world execution
A relevant tertiary qualification
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, ad management tools, and business listings platforms
Exposure to cross‑platform paid media (additional networks are beneficial but not essential)
A solid understanding of data integration concepts and how advertising platforms connect to CRM systems
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills
The ability to stay organised and perform under pressure in a performance‑driven environment
