Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
Create integrated marketing communications plans with a strong focus on ATL channels (TV, radio, print, outdoor)
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including budget, timeline, and resource coordination
Conduct market research and develop detailed customer personas for B2B, B2C, and C2C segments
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using key metrics and analytics tools
Collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximise impact
Lead, mentor, and inspire junior team members to foster a high-performance culture
Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into marketing strategies
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, with exposure to B2B, B2C, and/or C2C environments
Proven track record in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns with ATL focus
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership abilities
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and customer segmentation strategies
Knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, and social media
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
