Key Responsibilites
Website Operations & Content Publishing
Manage daily updates across consumer websites, ensuring content is accurate, brand‑consistent, and user‑
Review webpages for formatting, navigation, functionality, and mobile responsiveness before publishing
Coordinate with internal teams to implement content, structural changes, and new digital assets
Page Creation & UX Enhancements
Build and maintain landing pages, promotional pages, and other high‑impact digital content
Apply UX best practices to improve readability, navigation, and overall visitor experience
Collaborate with designers and brand teams to maintain consistency across all pages and digital touchpoints
Technical Quality Control
Flag technical issues such as broken links, layout inconsistencies, page errors, or performance concerns
Coordinate with technical support or development teams to resolve issues quickly
Conduct routine site health checks and support ongoing optimisation efforts
Search Visibility & SEO Support
Assist with on‑page optimisation including metadata, keyword placement, and internal linking strategies
Maintain SEO hygiene across critical pages and support visibility improvements
Tracking, Reporting & Digital Insights
Support the accuracy of tracking tools and event tagging across pages
Help prepare weekly insights on site performance, traffic behaviour and priority actions
Participate in testing cycles to identify opportunities for improvement across user journeys
Cross-Team Collaboration
You’ll work closely with:
Marketing & Creative teams – to support campaigns and content updates
Product & Category teams – to maintain product‑related content
Customer Service – to address friction points and site usability issues
Tech & Development partners – to help ensure smooth deployments and efficient workflows

Requirements
Minimum Experience
3+ years in web content management, digital production, ecommerce administration, or a similar web‑focused role
Hands‑on experience using CMS tools such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
Familiarity with Google Analytics/GA4 and general web tracking concepts
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website optimisation
Technical Skills
Proficiency in CMS publishing flows
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Understanding of digital measurement tools and page performance indicators
Ability to troubleshoot common website issues
Soft Skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
Nice to Have
Experience working on multi‑site environments or with ecommerce platforms
Exposure to UX principles and/or design tools
Understanding of digital project workflows and cross‑functional collaboration
