Key Responsibilites
Digital Advertising & Traffic Growth
Run, refine, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
Maintain and optimise product data feeds to ensure maximum visibility and accuracy
Manage and enhance tracking setups using GA4 and Tag Manager to guarantee reliable, actionable data
Collaborate with creatives and marketing to produce strong ad concepts, messaging, and landing experiences
Review performance daily and make decisive optimisations that boost ROI
Conversion & Revenue Optimisation
Drive improvements in conversion rate, average basket size, repeat customer behaviour, and profitability
Analyse the full onsite customer journey—from landing page to post‑purchase—and pinpoint areas to enhance
Build and execute seasonal promotional plans, special offers, bundles, and strategic merchandising initiatives
Identify opportunities within product mix, pricing display, content, and onsite navigation
Platform Operations
Oversee the day‑to‑day functioning of ecommerce websites (WooCommerce preferred, but Shopify or Magento experience welcomed)
Ensure sites remain fast, stable, and user‑friendly, following best practices for SEO, mobile usability, and tracking
Translate commercial needs into clear task briefs for developers
Support testing, implementation, and post‑launch quality checks for all updates
B2B Platform Evolution
Improve the B2B online order environment to increase customer adoption and reduce manual processing
Help design and refine features such as bulk ordering, role‑based permissions, personalised pricing, product availability, and account workflows
Partner with sales teams to align enhancements with buyer requirements and business priorities
Cross-Team Coordination
Work with developers, agencies, and internal departments to keep projects moving and resolve issues quickly
Assist in maintaining dependable integrations between ecommerce systems and company platforms via APIs and connected tools
Data, Reporting & Insights
Own commercial reporting across all websites and channels, including sales metrics, traffic, profitability, and customer behaviour
Maintain dashboards and deliver weekly insights with clear recommendations
Establish experimentation cycles that continuously inform optimisation decisions

Requirements
Essential
3–5+ years in ecommerce, digital performance, online merchandising, or digital sales
Proven ability managing Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and product feeds
Hands‑on experience running or maintaining ecommerce platforms (WooCommerce ideal)
Strong understanding of:

SEO fundamentals

Ability to coordinate with developers and agencies
