Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery & Coordination
Support the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Manage timelines, creative briefs, approvals, and campaign calendars
Monitor campaign activity and assist with optimisation and reporting
Marketing Strategy Support
Contribute to seasonal and annual marketing plans aligned to business objectives
Assist with market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis
Prepare presentations, performance summaries, and recommendations for stakeholders
Stakeholder & Partner Liaison
Coordinate with internal departments including sales, CRM, finance, and operations
Support collaboration with external agencies, suppliers, and marketing partners
Ensure alignment between local execution and broader brand strategies
Budget & Operational Support
Assist with tracking marketing spend and reconciling campaign budgets
Manage smaller tactical initiatives under guidance
Maintain asset libraries, trackers, reports, and documentation
Brand, Events & Activations
Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing touchpoints
Support the planning and execution of events, activations, and promotional initiatives
Assist with logistics, collateral coordination, and post‑campaign follow‑up
Experience & Qualifications
3–5 years’ experience in a marketing, brand, or campaign coordination role
Exposure to executing integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels
Experience working with creative, media, or production agencies
Familiarity with paid digital platforms, CRM tools, and campaign reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
