Job Summary
Key Responsibilies
Plan, Execute, Optimize and Report on programmatic campaigns within DV360
Build and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, and YouTube
Analyze performance data & generate actionable insights
Manage audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies
Collaborate with creative, analytics, and client teams
Ensure campaigns meet budget pacing, KPIs, and quality standards
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital and programmatic trends
Must-Have Requirements
Google Certification(s) (Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, or equivalent) – mandatory
Hands-on experience with DV360 – non-negotiable
2–4+ years of experience managing digital campaigns
Strong analytical and reporting abilities
Experience with tracking, tagging, pixels, and platform integrations
Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills (Advantageous)
Experience with Display & Video campaigns across multiple DSPs
Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4)
Experience with programmatic buying strategy
Knowledge of SEO, social ads, or multi-channel campaign funnels
