Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Build, manage, and refine high‑performance campaigns across Google Ads, internal ad platforms, and various digital media channels
Oversee budget allocation with a profitability-first mindset, ensuring every investment contributes directly to sales and business growth
Continuously evaluate audience behaviour, market trends, and campaign signals to optimise toward stronger performance
Analytics, Reporting & Innovation
Translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable optimisations
A/B test creatives, targeting, and bidding approaches to enhance conversion rates and ROAS
Introduce fresh ideas, new approaches, and emerging tactics to push performance boundaries
What You'll Need to Succeed
Solid background in PPC/performance marketing with a strong emphasis on results tied to sales, revenue, and ROAS
Demonstrated ability to manage and scale significant ad budgets while maintaining profitability
Google Ads certification, backed by real-world experience where campaign success is measured by revenue, not reach
Hands-on experience running ads across multiple ecosystems—including Google, Meta, and custom advertising portals
A data‑first mindset with the ability to turn metrics into meaningful decisions
A natural drive for experimentation, improvement, and performance‑based marketing
