Job Summary
Key Responsibilies
Paid Search & Programmatic Execution
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Smart Display, YouTube, etc.)
Execute multi‑channel programmatic campaigns, including daily DV360‑style bid management, pacing, and optimization
Ensure correct campaign setup, spend allocation, and bidding strategy implementation aligned to budgets and performance goals
Maintain strong CTRs, landing page quality, and conversion rates through continual refinement and testing
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
Produce weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc performance reports for multiple brands and product lines
Conduct quarterly deep‑dives on campaign performance and effectiveness
Utilise Google Analytics and Tag Manager to track, measure, and optimize performance
Lead ongoing reviews to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation
SEO & Content Optimization
Review websites to identify SEO improvement opportunities
Conduct keyword research to identify high‑value terms for both paid and organic visibility
Develop compelling calls‑to‑action and keyword‑rich content to support organic ranking and conversion performance
Research competitor strategies and recommend improvements
Perform regular site audits to maintain top-tier search performance
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign targets and business goals are achieved
Attend relevant training and apply new tools, technologies, and techniques
Contribute to process improvements, workflow optimisation, and new digital innovation initiatives
Support wider digital functions (email, SMS, affiliate, SEO, etc.) when required
Maintain high professional standards, excellent communication, and strong cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or related field
2–3+ years’ experience in PPC and SEO (required)
Strong background in paid search and display advertising
Familiarity with major search engines and platforms (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.)
Experience with content optimisation and digital performance strategy
Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
