What You'll Bring
Own the end‑to‑end delivery of paid digital campaigns, with a strong focus on programmatic and Google platforms
Plan, launch, and optimise Display, Video, Search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns
Manage programmatic activity using DV360, including targeting, budget pacing, and optimisation
Interpret campaign data to uncover insights, trends, and growth opportunities
Ensure campaigns are aligned to performance goals, budgets, and delivery milestones
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across creative, data, and strategy
Maintain a high standard of execution while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing digital performance campaigns in an agency or in‑house environment
Hands‑on DV360 experience is essential
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and the Google Marketing ecosystem
Certified in relevant Google platforms (Ads, Analytics, or Marketing Platform)
Confident working with tracking, tagging, and performance measurement
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions
Comfortable operating independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment
Advantageous Experience (Not Essential)
GA4 reporting and performance analysis
Broader programmatic or DSP exposure
Multi‑channel funnel experience (e.g. social, SEO, video)
Strategic input into campaign planning and optimisation frameworks
