Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or Computer Engineering Strong expertise in application portfolio management and solution delivery Minimum 5+ years’ senior leadership experience in solution delivery 10–15 years hands-on experience across solution delivery domains (DevOps, design, development, integration, testing, production support) Advanced degree (advantageous) Job Description Summary Lead and manage the application solution delivery strategy and policy Oversee the full application portfolio including initiatives, BAU, and change requests Maintain portfolio backlog, prioritisation, and alignment with business strategy Define and enforce solution delivery standards, methods, and practices (DevOps, SAFe) Manage resource demand, allocation, and supplier engagement across delivery initiatives Oversee application lifecycle management, performance, and continuous improvement Establish and manage application delivery platforms, CMDB, and automation processes Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, Service Delivery, and Security functions Manage governance, risk, compliance, and reporting across the application portfolio
