Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Content and Partnerships Lead to join our team. This role is central to shaping and amplifying our flagship summits and events, ensuring world-class programming, impactful partnerships, and strong stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidatethrives in a fast-paced environment, is a natural connector, and has a passion for building meaningful relationships that drive growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development: Design and curate compelling summit programs, including selecting relevant panel topics and themes that resonate with our audience.
Speaker Engagement: Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with industry leaders, innovators, and thought leaders to secure their participation as speakers.
Sponsorship & Partnerships: Drive sponsorship acquisition and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and sponsors to ensure the success of all summits.
Communications and Media Oversight: Work closely with and oversee the communications team to ensure consistent, engaging, and effective amplification of events across all platforms.
Operational Support: Provide cross-team assistance where needed, ensuring smooth execution of events and related initiatives.
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in event content curation, partnerships, or business development
(experience in summits, conferences, or similar events is advantageous).
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
