Managing stock control, ordering, and cost management
Overseeing food preparation for high-volume production and events
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef in a large-volume catering environment is essential
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Valid driver’s licence is required
Own reliable transport is essential
