Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a horseback safari company for a Front of House / Guest Relations professional to join their lodge in the Waterberg. The lodge caters exclusively to international clients, specialising in niche equestrian experiences, and requires a personable and professional individual to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome, assist, and attend to international guests, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience
Manage all front-of-house operations, including reservations, guest check-ins/check-outs, and daily guest interactions
Act as the primary point of contact for guest enquiries, requests, and feedback
Coordinate with lodge staff, guides, and management to ensure smooth guest experiences
Assist with special events, guest activities, and any VIP requirements
Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in guest relations, front-of-house, or hospitality management, preferably within a luxury lodge or safari environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
Professional, approachable, and guest-focused approach
Experience with international clientele is highly advantageous
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
