Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a luxury lodge for a dynamic Guide and Assistant Manager couple. This is a live-in opportunity offering a supportive and inclusive environment where teamwork, energy, and professionalism are essential.

Guide Requirements:
Valid PDP and driver’s licence
Valid First Aid Level 1 (minimum)
DEAT registration
FGASA Level 1 (minimum)
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
Experience in maintenance is essential as guides form part of the maintenance team
Salary: R9,500 per month (negotiable, depending on experience)
Assistant Manager Requirements:
Valid driver’s licence
First Aid Level 1 preferred
Minimum 1 year previous experience in a similar role
Ability to handle in-camp issues, work independently, and perform under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills to manage staff confidently and respectfully
Salary: R11,000 per month (negotiable, depending on experience)
