Overview
My Client a New Safari Lodge opening in Namibia is urgently recruiting for a professional, warm, and attentive Guest Relations Officer to manage the guest journey and deliver personalised service throughout each stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage arrivals and departures
- Act as primary guest contact during stays
- Coordinate itineraries and special requests
- Handle feedback and service recovery
- Maintain guest records and preferences
Requirements
- Experience in guest relations or front office hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High professionalism and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a remote environment
