Introduction
We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on couple to assist with the day‑to‑day management, upkeep and hospitality of the accommodation. This is a live‑in role, ideal for a couple who works well together, takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and is comfortable handling both maintenance and guest‑related responsibilities.
Role Breakdown
Male Partner — Maintenance & General Management
General Maintenance — Perform repairs and maintenance across the property
Facility Upkeep — Ensure facilities, equipment and accommodation remain in good working condition
Issue Management — Attend to maintenance issues and report major repairs
Property Management — Assist with general property management and upkeep
Grounds Maintenance — Ensure outdoor areas are neat, safe and well maintained
Female Partner — Housekeeping & Hospitality
Housekeeping — Clean and maintain accommodation to a high standard
Meal Preparation — Prepare meals and assist with cooking when required
Accommodation Presentation — Ensure rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and common areas are tidy and presentable
Guest Support — Assist with guest needs and create a welcoming environment
Minimum Requirements
Experience in maintenance, housekeeping, cooking or hospitality (advantageous)
Reliable, trustworthy and responsible
Hands‑on and willing to assist wherever needed
Good communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Pride in maintaining a clean, well‑presented property
Ability to work well together as a team
Willingness to live on‑site
