Requirements

We’re looking for a confident and commercially astute leader who thrives in a fast-paced property environment:

• 4+ years’ experience in a senior property management role
  
• Proven track record managing large-scale portfolios and leading teams
  
• Relevant degree in Property Studies or similar field
  
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)
  
• Strong working knowledge of property management systems
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and manage key stakeholders
  
• Commercially minded with a strong grasp of financial performance and operational metrics
