3+ years’ experience in Tour Operating / DMC
Strong Tourplan experience (product loading or reservations essential)
Proven ability to read & interpret supplier contracts
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Solid knowledge of Southern Africa destinations & products
Excellent English communication & grammar
Strong organisational & time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
Team player with a results-driven mindset
