As our Client Relations Manager, you will retain, manage, and grow complex B2B institutional accounts. By ensuring seamless transitions from closed sales to active delivery and managing large student cohorts flawlessly, you maintain the rock-solid partnerships that expand our global footprint. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
B2B Relationship Management: Manage long-term B2B partner relationships with large, complex institutional accounts (such as schools, universities, and corporate clients) to maintain high client satisfaction and maximise repeat business.
End-to-End Account Management: Serve as the end-to-end manager for client accounts, coordinating directly with internal operations and support teams from initial contract signing through to final program delivery.
Flawless Handovers: Execute seamless account handovers from the Business Development team, ensuring a high-trust transition from a "closed deal" to active client management.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively and build strong, trusted relationships with academic and educational stakeholders, including school teachers, headmasters, university faculty, and administrators.
Cohort Logistics Support: Oversee and manage the strict pre-departure tracking and collection of required travel documentation (e.g., passports, visas, medical forms, and liability waivers) for large student or traveller cohorts.
High-Stakes Problem Solving: Rapidly resolve high-stakes client issues, complaints, or operational friction under tight timelines while maintaining strict client satisfaction.
Outbound Outreach: Actively execute multi-channel outbound outreach processes (including cold/warm calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn) to proactively generate new leads and book meetings.
Team Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship within the account management ecosystem, leveraging management experience to optimise team processes.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
1+ years of management experience.
Proven B2B account management experience managing large and complex institutional accounts like schools, universities, or corporate clients.
Demonstrated experience managing long-term B2B partner relationships to drive client satisfaction and maximise repeat business.
Experience actively executing a multi-channel outbound outreach process (cold/warm calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new leads and book meetings.
Experience acting as the end-to-end project manager for client accounts, coordinating directly with internal operations and support teams from contract signing to final delivery.
Proven experience managing and resolving high-stakes client issues or friction under tight deadlines while maintaining client satisfaction.
Experience executing account handovers from a Business Development team, ensuring a seamless transition from "closed deal" to active client management.
Bonus if you also have:
Strong experience communicating and building trusted relationships with academic and educational stakeholders.
Experience managing the collection of required travel documentation (e.g., passports, visas, medical forms, or liability waivers) for large cohorts under strict pre-departure deadlines.
Competitive remuneration
