The role calls for leaders who set the benchmark in ultra-luxury hospitality, who deliver flawless and highly personalised guest experiences, and who inspire their teams to perform consistently at the highest international level. The successful couple will bring a proven record of leadership at the very top end of the luxury market, together with the commercial acumen, refinement, and presence expected by a discerning international clientele. They will take full ownership of all lodge operations, including guest relations, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration, while driving financial performance, operational excellence, and uncompromising brand standards. As the face of the lodge, the couple will host high-profile guests with warmth, grace, and discretion, and will build a team culture rooted in genuine care, pride, and continuous improvement. A sincere commitment to conservation, sustainability, and the surrounding communities is essential. Requirements • A Hospitality Degree or Diploma, or an equivalent qualification, from a reputable institution • Extensive senior management experience of 6 to 8 years or more in intimate, ultra-luxury five-star lodges of international standing • Expert knowledge of all operational departments, with the ability to set, uphold, and elevate exceptional service standards • Advanced food and beverage expertise at a fine dining level, including a sophisticated understanding of dietary requirements, allergies, and international luxury hospitality trends • Inspirational leadership with a proven ability to mentor, train, and develop high-performing teams • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting, supported by excellent computer literacy and a sound understanding of labour legislation • Excellent administration and reporting abilities with meticulous attention to detail • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a second language preferred • A polished and gracious presence, with the confidence and emotional intelligence to host high-net-worth international guests • A proven ability to design and deliver highly personalised and memorable guest experiences • Outstanding organisational skills, patience, and assertiveness under pressure • A valid driver's licence Salary – US$ based salary with live-in benefits ?
