Midvaal Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a senior Plant Head to lead a Steel Manufacturing Facility (Melt Shop, Rebar Mill & Wire Mill).
This executive-level role reports directly to the Board and requires strong technical expertise and strategic leadership.

? Full plant operations & P&L management
? Production planning & optimization
? Workforce leadership & development
? Quality assurance & process control
? Health, Safety & Environmental compliance
? Maintenance & asset reliability
? Cost control & resource optimization
? Business development & market growth
? Lean, Six Sigma & continuous improvement
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering, advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Ideal candidate: Experienced steel manufacturing leader with strong operational, financial and strategic capabilities.
