F&B Manager | Luxury Hotel | Umhlanga

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven F&B Manager for a luxury hotel in Umhlanga.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record in managing Food & Beverage operations within a luxury hotel environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring the achievement of financial and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets
  
• Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure consistently high standards
  
• Lead, mentor and develop the F&B team to achieve operational excellence
  
• Manage staffing, scheduling and performance within the department
  
• Monitor and control departmental budgets, costs and stock levels
  
• Drive revenue growth through effective service and operational strategies
  
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations
  
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and other departments to enhance the guest experience
  
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures
  
• Analyse financial performance and prepare operational reports
  

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a luxury hotel
  
• Proven leadership and team management skills
  
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and costs
  
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills
  
• Sound knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  
• Computer literacy and experience with hospitality management systems
  
• Stable employment history with contactable references
