Junior Administrator | Luxury Hotel | Plettenberg Bay

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrator to join a luxury hotel in Plettenberg Bay.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised hospitality professional with strong administrative and stock control experience to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist with inventory management, stock control, data capturing and administrative functions while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels and replenish stock according to operational requirements
  
• Assist management with stock takes, audits and the implementation of new inventory systems
  
• Maintain purchase records, pricing reports and oversee internal stock transfers
  
• Prepare and organise source documents for accurate data capturing
  
• Verify the accuracy of information before entering it into company systems
  
• Identify and correct data discrepancies in consultation with supervisors
  
• Capture, update and maintain inventory and stock information within designated systems
  
• Process requests for data updates, amendments and deletions accurately
  
• Combine and transfer information from source documents into electronic formats
  
• Review completed work to ensure accuracy and make necessary corrections
  
• Remove obsolete or incorrect data and replace it with updated information
  
• Maintain the confidentiality, security and organisation of electronic records and storage systems
  

Requirements

• Matric certificate
  
• Previous experience within a 5-star hotel or similar luxury hospitality environment
  
• Good working knowledge of My Inventory
  
• Hardworking, reliable and dedicated
  
• Motivated, enthusiastic and energetic
  
• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  
• Willingness to work shifts
  
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
  
• Own reliable transport would be advantageous
  

Package

• Salary: R16,000 – R17,000 per month
