HR Administrator | Luxury Safari Lodge | Northern KwaZulu-Natal
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join a luxury lodge in Northern KwaZulu-Natal. This role requires strong HR experience, preferably within a lodge environment, with advanced knowledge of payroll systems and the ability to manage HR processes in a remote hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration across recruitment, onboarding and staff records
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with lodge policies
- Handle employee queries and support staff welfare initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and filing systems
- Assist management with performance reviews and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and lodge standards
- Support training and development initiatives for lodge staff
- Liaise with management and operations teams to ensure smooth HR processes
Minimum Requirements
- Proven HR administration experience (hospitality/lodge environment preferred)
- Proficiency in Sage 300 People or similar payroll systems (essential)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote lodge environment
- Valid driver's licence advantageous
- Contactable references essential
