This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Client Success Manager to take full ownership of client relationships post-onboarding. This role is responsible for retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth across a portfolio of accounts. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client goals are clearly understood, executed, and translated into measurable business outcomes.
This is not a passive account management role. You are expected to proactively drive performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure clients see continuous value.
