Luxury Safari Lodge | Bela Bela
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and service-driven F&B Manager for a luxury safari lodge in Bela Bela. This live-in opportunity is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences in a high-end bush environment.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (live-in)
• Oversee the full food and beverage operation across the lodge
• Ensure exceptional guest dining experiences in line with luxury standards
• Manage and lead the F&B team, including training, mentoring and performance management
• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene and presentation at all times
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor stock levels, ordering and cost control within the department
• Implement and maintain systems for stock control and waste management
• Develop and manage beverage offerings, including wine and bar service
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food hygiene regulations
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues professionally
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and reporting within the F&B department
• Previous experience in a similar F&B management role within luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Good understanding of stock control, costings and budgeting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail and organisational ability
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Well-presented with a professional demeanour
• Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach
• Positive attitude and solution-driven mindset
• Ability to adapt to remote bush living
• Strong problem-solving abilities
