Hospitality and Outdoor-New Vacancy– Commercial Director (Revenue-Led Portfolio with Incentive) Hotel Group– Sandton We are seeking a highly commercial, tech-forward Commercial Manager with deep expertise in Revenue Management, supported by strong capability across Sales and Marketing. This is a revenue-first commercial leadership role ; responsible for driving total portfolio profitability through integrated pricing strategy, demand generation, distribution optimisation, and high-performance sales execution. The role requires a leader who is equally comfortable working with revenue systems and data as they are engaging corporate stakeholders, partners, and internal sales teams to drive measurable commercial outcomes. You will own the alignment between Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing ; ensuring all commercial levers are optimised to maximise occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and total revenue contribution. Requirements 5–10 years’ senior commercial experience within hospitality or lifestyle property groups Proven hands-on experience in Revenue Management (essential) Strong track record in multi-property or cluster commercial environments Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, occupancy, ADR, and profitability Experience in both revenue management and sales leadership within hospitality Strong corporate stakeholder, partner, and investor engagement experience Prior experience within a branded hotel group (international or national) is highly advantageous Strong systems literacy with understanding of: PMS → Channel Manager → OTA / GDS / TMC distribution flow Advanced analytical capability with experience in: BI dashboards Forecasting models Channel performance and revenue analytics Strong understanding of pricing strategy, demand generation, and yield management Responsibilities Own and drive overall commercial performance across the Aparthotel Group portfolio Lead revenue management strategy including pricing, forecasting, yield optimisation, and inventory control Integrate revenue strategy with sales and marketing execution to maximise total revenue performance Optimise distribution strategy across OTAs, direct channels, corporate accounts, and GDS platforms Drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability across multiple properties Develop and manage corporate, TMC, and strategic account relationships Identify and execute revenue expansion opportunities across existing and new markets Oversee channel performance, pricing integrity, and demand forecasting accuracy Lead data-driven decision-making using BI dashboards, forecasting models, and performance analytics Collaborate with ownership/investors and senior stakeholders on commercial strategy and performance reporting Package on offer · Highly Negotiable with Incentive Starting Date: July 2026
