Hospitality and Outdoor- New Vacancy – Revenue Manager Hotel Group– Sandton The Revenue Manager will take full ownership of revenue performance across the Aparthotel Group portfolio. This is a commercially driven role focused on maximising profitability through strategic pricing, demand forecasting, inventory control, and distribution optimisation. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all properties by developing and executing dynamic pricing strategies, optimising channel performance, and ensuring that all revenue-generating opportunities are fully leveraged. This role requires a strong analytical and commercially minded professional who is confident working with data, systems, and senior stakeholders to influence pricing and business strategy in real time. Requirements 3–5+ years’ experience in Revenue Management within hospitality (essential) Proven multi-property or cluster revenue management experience Strong understanding of RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, forecasting, segmentation, and yield management Strong affinity for technology and distribution channels Hands-on experience with PMS and revenue management systems (e.g. Opera, RMS, or similar platforms) Advanced Excel and data analytics capability, with strong reporting skills Experience in OTA management and channel optimisation Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred) Key Responsibilities Own and drive total revenue performance across a multi-property portfolio Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximise RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and overall profitability Manage pricing, inventory control, and channel distribution strategies across all segments Deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and revenue reporting across the portfolio Optimise OTA performance and direct booking contribution Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify revenue opportunities Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure commercial alignment with revenue strategy Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable pricing decisions Monitor and respond to demand fluctuations in real time Package on offer · Highly Negotiable and based on experience Starting Date: July 2026
