Job Summary
HEAD OF FINANCE CA(SA) +- R2.5m pa - SANDTON, GAUTENGThis is a high-impact opportunity for a CA(SA) to step into a true leadership role within a large, established property platform.
You will take full ownership of the finance function, partnering closely with leadership to shape strategy, drive performance, and support key investment decisions across a substantial portfolio.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading financial strategy, planning, and capital allocation across the group
- Driving reporting, budgeting, and overall financial performance across multiple entities
- Managing funding structures, lender relationships, and cash flow at group level
- Overseeing compliance, governance, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals, and growth initiatives through financial insight
- Building and leading a high-performing finance team
- Improving systems, processes, and reporting efficiency as the business scales
This role offers real exposure to decision-making at the top level, with the opportunity to influence the direction and growth of a significant property business.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified CA(SA) with solid post-articles commercial experience
- Proven track record operating in a senior finance leadership role
- Strong technical grounding in IFRS and IFRS for SMEs
- Experience managing complex group structures, consolidations, and transactions
- Exposure to funding environments, including working with lenders and meeting reporting and compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of VAT, corporate tax, and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced financial modelling and commercial analysis capability
