Job Description:
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading and overseeing all marketing, brand, communications, PR, and customer experience initiatives across the business. The role requires a strong strategic thinker with the ability to execute across both traditional and digital channels while aligning marketing initiatives with broader commercial objectives.
This role will also focus heavily on customer experience optimisation, stakeholder engagement, reputation management, and ensuring a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.

Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy
- Drive brand awareness, market positioning, and customer engagement initiatives
- Define and implement go-to-market strategies aligned with commercial objectives
- Lead the development and management of the company’s brand identity
- Coordinate brand-building initiatives across multiple business units and segments
- Ensure consistency in messaging and communication across all channels
Customer Experience & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead customer experience optimisation initiatives across all customer touchpoints
- Map customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Communications, PR & Media
- Develop and implement communication and PR strategies
- Manage media relations and identify editorial and partnership opportunities
- Oversee crisis communication processes and operational implementation
- Develop key messaging frameworks aligned to target audiences and market positioning
- Oversee the creation of press releases, marketing collateral, and communication materials
Content & Digital Marketing
- Lead the development and execution of content strategies
- Oversee digital marketing and social media initiatives
- Ensure all content aligns with brand positioning and strategic objectives
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights
Leadership & Operations
- Lead and mentor the internal marketing and communications team
- Manage external agencies, suppliers, and specialist partners
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and expenditure
- Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance tracking mechanisms
- Collaborate closely with leadership, product, revenue, and business development teams
- Provide strategic input into broader business planning and growth initiatives
Product & Commercial Support
- Support product positioning and go-to-market execution for new propositions
- Work closely with product and commercial teams to align marketing with business priorities
