Role Requirements & Responsibilities: • Extensive fine dining experience within luxury hospitality environments • Lead and manage the full kitchen operation, ensuring exceptional culinary standards • Design and execute innovative, seasonal, and high-end menus • Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and plating standards • Oversee stock control, ordering, costing, and kitchen administration • Manage, train, and mentor kitchen brigade to achieve high performance • Ensure strict hygiene, safety, and kitchen compliance standards • Work closely with front-of-house and management teams to deliver seamless guest experiences • Control food costs while maintaining premium quality standards • Contribute creatively to the overall guest dining experience and concept development ?
