SPA THERAPIST - Body & Skin Care confident
FRANSCHHOEK, Cape Winelands - (ZA)
START: Mid-June / 01 July 2026 (Pre-Opening)
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday - Sunday
- 45 hours per week
- 09:00 - 19:00 (shifts apply)
- Shifts - hospitality hours includes Public Holidays & Weekends
- 15 days Annual Leave per annum
REPORTS TO: Spa & Wellness Manager / Assistant Spa Manager
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R7,000 - R9,000 Basic Salary per month (before any legal deductions or commission) BOE
- 10% Commission earned on any treatments performed Or retail sold personally by you (excluding VAT)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- South African national
- Beautifully groomed & professionally presentable - you must look the part of a 5-star Spa Professional
- Confident in English language (Speak, Read & Write) - we deal with international, UHNW, clients
- Formal, Internationally accredited qualification in SPA / Beauty / Skin Care or Cosmetology (CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP)
- At least ONE year, post-graduation, experience in luxury SPA environment performing SPA therapies Cruise Ship Spa / Resort Spa or 5-star Hotel
- Exceptional SPA therapy skills (Body Therapy, Massage, Wellness and Skin Care)
- Able to assist where operationally required (cleaning the spa, stock take, spa tours, team tasks - you are part of a team!)
- Skilled and confident to deliver premium spa services with expert knowledge of trending treatments & product ingredients
- Warm, welcoming personality
- Proven sales confidence

The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalised spa and wellness experiences aligned to Company standards, while actively contributing to the commercial success and operational integrity of the Spa within the brand's identity
