SENIOR SPA THERAPIST - Body & Skin Care confident

FRANSCHHOEK, Cape Winelands - (ZA)

START: Mid-June / 01 July 2026 (Pre-Opening)

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Sunday
• 45 hours per week
• 09:00 - 19:00 (shifts apply)
• Shifts - hospitality hours includes Public Holidays & Weekends
• 15 days Annual Leave per annum

REPORTS TO: Spa & Wellness Manager / Assistant Spa Manager

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R11,000 Basic Salary per month (before any legal deductions or commission)
• 10% Commission earned on any treatments performed Or retail sold personally by you (excluding VAT)
• Gratuities

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. South African national
2. Beautifully groomed & professionally presentable - you must look the part of a 5-star Spa Professional
3. Confident in English language (Speak, Read & Write) - we deal with international, UHNW, clients
4. Formal, recognized 2-year minimum qualification in SPA / Beauty / Skin Care or Cosmetology (CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP accredited certification)
5. At least SEVEN years, post-graduation, experience in luxury SPA environment performing SPA therapies Cruise Ship Spa / Resort Spa or 5-star Hotel
6. International employment experience is highly favourable (Middle East / UK / USA / Cruise Ship / Europe, etc)
7. Exceptional SPA therapy skills (Body Therapy, Massage, Wellness and Skin Care)
8. Strong team player with ability to motivate your peers
9. Able to assist where operationally required (cleaning the spa, stock take, spa tours, team tasks - you are part of a team!)
10. Skilled and confident to deliver premium spa services with expert knowledge of trending treatments & product ingredients
11. Warm, welcoming personality
12. Career driven, yet still humble
13. Proven sales confidence
14. prior leadership experience highly beneficial

The Senior Spa Therapist is a highly skilled and experienced spa and wellness professional responsible for delivering exceptional treatment standards while supporting team performance, operational discipline, and revenue growth within the Spa.
