ADVANCED LASER & DERMAL AESTHETICIAN
FRANSCHOEK - Cape Winelands (Western-Cape) - South Africa
STARTING DATE: May 2026 / ASAP
REPORTS to: Operations Manger / MD
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Tuesday to Sunday (days off rotate)
- 08:30 - 18:00 including break
- CLOSED on Mondays & Select Public Holidays
- 15x Working days off per annual leave cycle
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R18,000 per month
- Commission earned on all personal services & retail prescribed by you
- Incentives (at management's discretion)
- Medical Aid contribution (if you are the main member)
- Birthday day off in addition to standard off days
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Formal qualification in Dermal Aesthetics / Advanced Somatology or Somatology (Diploma / Degree)
- Aesthetics-focused employment journey in advanced aesthetics & skin-care technologies
- Prior employment in LASER & AESTHETICS, Medical Rejuvenation or Medical Spa
- A minimum of 5+ years post graduation industry experience in an aesthetic focused environment
- LASER trained and confident (Skin Rejuvenation, Hair Removal, Diagnostics)
- Needling and CIT confident
- Medical grade skin care & peels experience / working alongside a licensed, medical doctor performing treatments within your scope of practice
- Body contouring and slimming technologies experience
- Must be based in around Franschhoek for ease of travel and ideally have own, reliable transport
- Ability to liaise and build discreet rapport with HNW clients
