Job Summary
SPA & WELLNESS MANAGER (Pre-Opening)
FRANSCHHOEK, Cape Winelands - (ZA)
START: June 2026 (Pre-Opening)
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday - Sunday
- 45 hours per week
- 09:00 - 19:00 (shifts apply)
- Shifts - must be flexible to accommodate operational needs
- 15 days Annual Leave per annum
REPORTS TO: General Manager
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R35,000 per month
- Company benefits in accordance with employer's discretion
- Annual Leave
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Beautifully groomed & professionally presentable - your presence must exude Premium Wellness
- Confident in English language (Speak, Read & Write)
- At least EVEN+ years in a senior managerial role of a Cruise Ship Spa / Luxury Day Spa
- Certification from a recognized Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology / Spa Management
- Computer literate with booking systems, emails and reports
- City & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSP or similar internationally recognized accreditation
- Ability to lead a strong, dynamic team of driven SPA professionals
- Wellness of employees and guests centricity
- Prior pre-opening or startup experience is beneficial
- Reside within the Cape Winelands with reliable transportDestin
