Guest House Supervisor Pinelands Cape Town A newly established guest house in the Pinelands Cape Town area is looking for a professional, highly organized, and client-centric Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations. Must have a valid drivers license. Salary: R12 000 – R15 000 per month Start date: 1 December 2026 Driver's License: Must have a valid drivers license as you will receive a company vehicle with a tracker for work purpose. Working hours: Willingness and availability to work after hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed. Minimum Requirements 2-3+ years proven background in hospitality management, including hotels, guest houses, lodges, or similar environments. Technical Skills: Familiarity with online booking channels, reservation software, and social media platform management. Core Competencies: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills. Leadership Traits: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and team-supervision capabilities. Work Style: Proactive; detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently under pressure. Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work after hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed. Drivers license: MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE Responsibilities Guest Relations: Oversee the arrival and departure processes, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out experience. Front Desk & Admin: Manage incoming bookings, customer enquiries, and guest feedback in a prompt and professional manner. Property Management: Supervise housekeeping, laundry services, and property maintenance to maintain flawless presentation. Team Leadership: Create staff rosters, delegate daily tasks, and maintain high service standards among the team. Financial & Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels and handle ordering within the specified budget limits. Digital Marketing: Drive the property’s online presence by managing social media accounts and digital booking channels. Compliance & Safety: Ensure the premises adhere to all relevant health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
