Are you an experienced Temporary Employment Services (TES) professional with a strong track record in sales, operations and branch management?

A leading organisation within the staffing and temporary employment services sector is looking for an experienced TES Branch Manager to take responsibility for driving business growth, managing branch operations and leading a high-performing team in Cape Town.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established TES professional who is commercially driven, client-focused and confident in managing both operational and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue, growth and business development targets within the TES market.

• Lead, supervise and support operational, administrative and/or sales teams to achieve individual and branch targets.

• Provide coaching, training, motivation and guidance to team members to drive performance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to grow existing business.

• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the region.

• Understand client requirements, address concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.

• Ensure that client orders and operational requirements are delivered effectively and efficiently.

• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activity and industry trends.

• Prepare and analyse sales and performance reports, including forecasting and identifying areas for improvement.

• Work collaboratively with recruitment, operations, human resources and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and a seamless client experience.

• Ensure a professional, service-driven and high-performance branch environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in operations and sales within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry.

• Minimum 2 years' managerial experience managing a branch within the TES industry.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Computer literate with good MS Office proficiency.

• Sound knowledge and understanding of:

  • Labour Relations Act (LRA)

  • Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)

  • Temporary Employment Services (TES) environment

  • Bargaining Councils

  • Sectoral Determinations

• Valid driver's licence.

• Own reliable vehicle is essential.

Employment Details

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Employment Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00
Overtime: As and when required
