Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support night shift employees and team leaders.
- Ensure daily operational targets and productivity goals are achieved.
- Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
- Handle customer or operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit shift reports, incident reports, and productivity updates.
- Coordinate with day shift management for smooth handovers.
- Train and mentor new employees when required.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and facility security during the shift.
- Respond to emergencies or unexpected operational challenges.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Ability to work overnight and flexible hours.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of operational procedures and workforce management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
