Now Hiring OTA Administrator | Luxury Hospitality Group | Johannesburg or Cape Town About the Opportunity Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded OTA Administrator for a luxury hospitality group. This role is responsible for supporting the online distribution strategy across a portfolio of luxury lodges and hotels, ensuring optimal channel performance, rate accuracy and revenue growth. Key Requirements • Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, revenue management, e-commerce or OTA administration • Strong understanding of online distribution channels and hotel booking platforms • Excellent administrative and organisational skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Advanced Excel and reporting skills • Ability to work independently while managing multiple properties and deadlines • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • 3–5 years' relevant experience in a similar role Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain OTA platforms including Apply Below, Expedia, Hotelbeds and other distribution partners • Ensure rates, inventory, restrictions and availability are accurately loaded across all channels • Monitor rate parity and resolve discrepancies between direct and third-party booking channels • Assist with promotional offers, campaigns and visibility programmes on OTA platforms • Maintain accurate property information, room descriptions, policies, amenities and imagery across all online channels • Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams to update content when required • Monitor property visibility and ranking performance across OTA platforms • Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports on OTA production and performance • Track occupancy, revenue contribution, booking trends and channel performance • Identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion rates and revenue generation • Assist with competitor benchmarking and market analysis Package • Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience Please note that only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.
