??? ??????????? ??????????? has partnered with a well-established name in East Africa’s luxury boutique safari space to find an experienced ????? ??????? ?????? ??????????? to join their Cape Town team. We’re after a seasoned travel professional with deep, current knowledge of East Africa’s high-end camps and lodges. You’ll know how to tell the good properties from the truly outstanding ones, speak confidently on Tanzanian and Kenyan logistics, and bring a natural talent for nurturing long-term relationships with trade partners. In this role, you’ll design and coordinate memorable familiarisation trips for agents, media and industry consultants, putting together tailored itineraries that go beyond the brief. You’ll become a reliable point of contact for partners seeking guidance on camps and ground logistics throughout Southern and East Africa. Reporting closely to the Head of Travel House and the regional Sales Manager, you’ll identify new trip opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, put together polished and accurate quotations, upsell add-on experiences with confidence, and work alongside the Product Manager to secure preferential partner rates. You’ll take pride in knowing your partners’ preferences without needing reminders, and in keeping booking records thoroughly up to date. This is a role suited to a proactive self-starter who’s happy to help shape how this function grows, comfortable liaising upward with senior stakeholders, and ready to take genuine ownership from the outset. Based in Cape Town, you’ll be joining a business focused on delivering outstanding African travel experiences, working alongside the people who make them happen. Requirements • 4+ years’ senior-level experience in luxury travel, ideally within inbound tourism • Solid, up-to-date product knowledge of Southern and East Africa, especially Tanzania and Kenya • A proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients and trade partners • Day-to-day experience working alongside third-party agents • TourPlan or similar booking/operating system experience is a strong plus • Matric with mathematics; a tertiary qualification in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality is advantageous • Excellent written and spoken English, with additional European languages a bonus • First-hand safari travel experience to support your product knowledge Salary – R45,000 CTC per month ➡️ PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
