Senior IBM BPM/BAW
Technical Responsibilities:
• Analysing, design, development and troubleshoot IBM BPM & BAW solutions
• Development using JavaScript within the IBM BPM/BAW product.
• Develop RESTful services for external applications to connect and implement Restful / SOAP based webservice calls using external services in IBM BPM (Swagger/WSDL)
• Working with SQL Server / IBM DB2 / Oracle Database, UCAs, Team Filter/Retrieval Services and external integrations
• Design, development of reusable toolkits and frameworks to reduce the development effort
• Development, implementation, and optimisation of automated processes throughout the Business Process Management lifecycle within IBM BPM.
• Ensuring best practices are applied to all Process Applications as part of Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of FileNet (CMIS)
• Migrating Process Apps from 8.5.7 to BAW V21 (includes IBM BPM 8.6) with rigorous regression testing and SIT sessions with Test Analysts.
• Production support and Production incident management.
• UI implementations (BPM UI, coaches and custom coach views)
Business Process Engineering Responsibilities:
• Define and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectives in line with organisational standards and methodology and clear communication to business at all times.
• Functional requirement gathering.
• Process analysis, mapping, re-engineering and monitoring using best practices.
• System Analysis.
• Technical Solution Architecture design and implementation.

Requirements:
• 4-8-years’ experience in BPM development experience
• Tertiary qualification in I.T
• Experience with IBM BPM / BAW, JSON, XML and JavaScript
• Fundamental understanding of best practices and anti-patterns
• Good understanding of data structures, application systems and exception handling
• Should be able deliver independently with minimal Knowledge Transfer
• Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) methodology and modelling
