?? ??????????? ??????????? is recruiting on behalf of a well-established luxury hospitality portfolio for an experienced and results-driven ????? ????????? This position is open to candidates based in KwaZulu-Natal, Johannesburg, or Cape Town. Candidates located in KwaZulu-Natal will be office-based at the company’s Hillcrest offices, while candidates based in Johannesburg or Cape Town will be considered for remote working arrangements. Our client is a respected player in the luxury travel and safari industry, operating an exclusive portfolio of properties. With a strong footprint in both the local and international leisure travel market, this is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate travel professional to join a dynamic team and represent a compelling collection of safari lodges and properties. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of trade clients, including tour operators, travel agents, and DMCs, both locally and internationally. You will drive revenue growth and accommodation occupancy across the property portfolio through targeted sales activity, compelling presentations, and diligent account management. The role encompasses the full sales cycle, from new business prospecting through to booking confirmation, as well as cross-selling across the broader portfolio, contract negotiation and renewal, participation in trade shows and FAM trips, client training, and the preparation of market and competitor reports. You will also be required to maintain and grow a structured client database using CRM systems and contribute to strategic planning by supporting the Head of Sales with reporting and business insights. Requirements • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar sales role within the luxury travel or hospitality industry • Formal qualification in Sales or a related field (advantageous) • An existing network of trade contacts within the travel industry • Experience working with tour operators, travel agents, and/or destination management companies • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively • Strategic and analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales • Sound financial acumen and ability to operate within defined budgets • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team • Highly organised with strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle • Valid passport and willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required Salary: ZAR 35 000 – ZAR 40 000 gross per month, depending on experience ➡ PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
