They will oversee daily office administration, maintain organised systems, manage supplies, and provide essential support across hospitality, farm, HR, and finance functions. They will also assist with personal administration for the Founders, including travel arrangements, errands, and general coordination. Responsibilities extend to receiving supplier deliveries, supporting stock administration, maintaining accurate filing systems, and assisting with financial tasks such as invoice collection, reconciliations, and contract administration. This is a dynamic, hands-on role within a fast-moving and purpose-driven environment where adaptability, initiative, and structure are key. ?
