The Role – Where Guest Experience Meets Leadership: This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily hotel operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience across multiple properties. They will oversee front-of-house activity, manage guest relations, and ensure that service standards remain consistently high from check-in to check-out. They will rotate between properties in Constantia, Camps Bay, and Sea Point, adapting quickly to each environment while maintaining strong operational control and attention to detail. From handling guest queries and resolving issues efficiently, to supporting teams on shift and ensuring smooth communication between departments, this role is central to the guest journey. ?
